Connie Beal has been training with me since the beginning of 2013. She came to me wanting to lose weight, tone up, and have more energy. She was (and still is) very motivated and willing to listen to me about proper diet and weight lifting. She has REGAINED HER FIGURE AND BODY!
Faith has been training with me for about 8 months and I have seen such a DIFFERENCE in her in a RELATIVELY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME, especially since she is 63 YEARS YOUNG!
Irene hated to work out and actually still does. She admits that SHE NEEDS ME TO MOTIVATE HER and get her to do her workouts. At one point, I had enough of Irene’s complaining. I don’t think she even realized that she would complain throughout the whole training session.
She had been seeing a trainer twice a week for the last few years, but wasn’t happy with the results. She decided IT WAS TIME FOR A CHANGE.
We started off very slow and basic, but her PROGRESS has been unbelievable! Her COORDINATION AND STRENGTH have really improved.
I learned that once Roseann puts her mind to something she does it! Our focus was on WEIGHT LOSS as well as ADDING LEAN MUSCLE to her upper body. Her diet was already “clean” but it included too many calories of healthy foods and she ate an abundance of fruit.
Mary is 65 years old and continues to get STRONGER! Many people believe you can not put on muscle at that age, but Mary proves that to be false!
Cyndi Hatch as been training with my for over 5 years! She plays tennis and is currently ranked 3.5. She has picked up the sport of running over the last few years and is now preparing for her first ½ MARATHON.
