I’ve been an ISSA-certified personal trainer for more than 25 years, and for the last 15+ years I’ve devoted my full-time career to helping clients in my private studio. Personal training isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion and purpose. During that time, I’ve worked with clients from ages 15 to 80, all with different bodies, limitations, strengths, and goals. That level of experience has taught me how to tailor fitness to each individual, no matter where they’re starting or what challenges they face.

I discovered weight training at 20 years old, during a time when I wasn’t happy with how I looked or how I felt. The moment I picked up a weight, everything changed. I loved the strength I was building, the confidence it gave me, and the way my body responded. Very quickly, I knew I wanted to help others feel that same transformation.
But my journey wasn’t perfect. I trained hard, yet I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. It wasn’t until I learned how to fuel my body properly—and confronted my own unhealthy eating habits—that everything finally clicked. That experience has shaped how I coach today: with a focus on balance, education, and long-term change, not quick fixes.
As my passion grew, I pushed myself to the next level and spent over ten years competing in fitness competitions. That chapter taught me discipline, dedication, and how to train with intensity and purpose. But it also taught me that health is more than aesthetics. After competing,
I transitioned to a more functional, well-rounded approach to fitness—one that focuses on feeling good in your everyday life.
Over the years, I’ve also faced and overcome my share of injuries. Instead of letting them hold me back, I used them to grow. Working through pain, setbacks, and recovery has made me a more knowledgeable, compassionate, and intuitive trainer. I understand how to modify movements, protect the body, and rebuild strength safely—because I’ve lived it myself.
Today, with over 25 years of experience, I bring all of these lessons into every session: the mindset of an athlete, the understanding of someone who’s navigated real struggles, and the heart of someone who genuinely wants to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
