Learn to Workout Properly

I’ll teach you how to perform every exercise with correct form, step by step. Many people don’t realize when their technique is off, so I closely watch each repetition and make adjustments as needed. If you have injuries or limitations, I’ll modify movements to keep you safe while still making progress.


You’ll learn which muscles you’re targeting and how to build a strong mind-muscle connection. When you lift with proper form, you become more efficient, see results faster, and reduce your risk of injury.

Private Workout Studio

My one-on-one training studio gives you a completely personalized workout experience. The space is fully equipped with free weights, modern training tools, bands, balance equipment, and everything needed for safe, effective sessions. You’ll always have the studio to yourself—no crowds, no waiting, no distractions. The environment is clean, comfortable, and fully sanitized after every session. 


Most importantly, this is a place where you can feel relaxed and confident. No pressure, no judgment—just focused, supportive training designed uniquely for you.


My studio is easy and convenient to access.  I work with clients living throughout Chagrin Falls, Bainbridge, Auburn, Aurora, South Russell, and Novelty.

Staying motivated can be the hardest part of any fitness journey, and that’s where I come in. I’m here to encourage you, challenge you, and remind you what you’re capable of—especially on the days you don’t feel it yourself. I’ll push you when you need it, support you when you’re struggling, and celebrate every win right alongside you. You’ll always have my full attention and guidance, and you can reach out anytime with questions or concerns.
