I met Lisa Wolfgram about 10 years ago and have trained her from time to time over the years. We recently reconnected when I moved my training to its new location. She had been seeing a trainer twice a week for the last few years, but wasn’t happy with the results. She decided it was time for a change.
Since Lisa has worked out for many years, she has a good overall toned physique, but she wanted to see some changes in areas where most women have a hard time toning. So we decided that one day a week would be devoted to legs and the other training day to upper body. I have 2 clients that can handle a full hour of legs. She is one of them! She not only gives 100% during her workouts, but she asks lots of questions so she understands why she is training like she is. Lisa takes what I teach her and does it on her own. She has the discipline and motivation to get additional workouts in during the week. I really enjoy training her because she is always trying to better herself and really wants to learn the ins and outs of training AND nutrition. Lisa understands that nutrition and training go hand and hand!
