In order to get the results you want you need to be eating the right kinds of foods. Sometimes small changes in your diet can make a big difference. None of my clients follow the same exact diet. Everyone is different and their dietary needs vary. I start by having everyone fill out a “Diet Questionnaire". This helps me to understand what your diet normally consists of and how you can began to tweak it to help you reach your fitness and weight goals.
It is someone who will be with you every step of the way — creating your diet and tweaking it along the way, holding you accountable, encouraging you, giving you ideas on how to stick to your new way of eating and answer all your questions. As your diet coach I am available to you 24 hours a day.
How many times have you started a diet and then failed or regained all the weight back that took so long to lose. I will do all I can to ensure that this will not happen. You must give me your 100%. This is only for serious people who are willing to make that commitment.
The first month will be intense. The first week you will track your diet so I know what your eating habits are like. We will then sit down or work over the phone to help create a diet that works for you. No two diets that I create are alike everyone’s needs are different.
You will then continue to journal what you eat every day because I need to see exactly what you are eating. You will also be weighing in once a week. If you cannot come in and weigh in then you will take a photo with your cell phone of the scale.
We will then talk once a week for at least 15 minutes to go through your journal. There will be other exercises that will be important for you to do each week to ensure your weight loss success. You will learn ways to cope with going out to eat, how to eat at special events, how not to overeat, how to identify what triggers you to eat certain foods, and how to overall make healthier choices.
The 3-day diet is a great way to get a jump start towards your weight loss goals. It will help you refocus, get rid of the bloat, have more energy, and lose 3-6lbs in only 3 days. It is not essential for you to start with the 3-day diet, but I created it for the people who want to initially lose pounds quickly. After the 3-day diet you will then begin your sensible diet for your specific body’s requirements.
