You will get fitness RESULTS from a dedicated and experienced personal trainer! I will create workouts that focus on your fitness goals and match your athletic ability. I spend time getting to know you and understanding what you are looking for in a personal trainer. I pay attention to detail and create realistic workouts for your specific abilities, and/or limitations due to injuries. Your one hour training session is about YOU! All of your workouts will be well thought out and planned in advance as well as constantly evolving to provide you with continued success. After each session I update your progress and keep it on file.
I will show you step by step how to do each exercise correctly. Often, people are unaware that they are even doing something wrong. I will watch each of your repetitions and correct them when necessary. Sometimes we will need to do an exercise differently to work around injuries. I will also educate you on what muscles you are using for each exercise and emphasize the muscle mind connection throughout the entire set. When you lift correctly you become more efficient, attain faster results, and remain injury free.
I am here to help motivate you and be your biggest supporter. I am easily accessible if you have any questions or concerns at any time.
At my studio, you will never feel self conscious or feel like you need to dress in a certain way - comfort is key. You will always have full access to all of the equipment and will never get interrupted during your session. My facility is extremely clean and fitness equipment is constantly being sanitized. It has everything you need to get a complete workout.
Weight lifting plays a prominent role in weight loss. You need to increase your muscle mass to have your metabolism working at its optimum. To reach your weight loss goal we will develop a diet that suits your body’s needs to burn the fat efficiently.
Concentrating on gaining the muscle without the bulk. This type of training helps create the ideal physique by losing inches and toning the muscles to look lean and tight.
Functional training helps you move in your everyday life easier and painlessly. You will learn how to keep your body injury free and work round any current aches and pains you have and begin reducing and eliminating them.
I will teach and guide you how to use advanced training techniques to take your physique to the next level. This is normally used once you have reached a training plateau in your fitness goals and are unsure what it takes to get you beyond it.
