I trained Mary Boone for over a year.
Mary is 65 years old and continues to get stronger! Many people believe you
can not add muscle at that age, but Mary proved that to be false! She works part time and was required to actively move around and at times needed to move heavy objects. She noticed that she is in better shape than many of her co workers that are younger than her.
Mary remains disciplined with her workouts. She lifts weights 3x a week as well and takes Yoga 2-3 times per week and adds in her cardio 3 times per week.
She keeps records of all her workouts so she can increase her weights and become stronger. I have enjoyed seeing Mary get stronger each week and I love the fact she is always willing to try any new exercise, from the banded dips, pull-ups, pin pulls, and squats! Mary's workouts are well rounded as all of her muscle groups are steadily getting stronger.
I have been so impressed with Mary’s strength and dedication as many her age would have easily given up.
