Connie Beal has been training with me since the beginning of 2013. She came to me wanting to lose weight, tone up, and have more energy. She was (and still is) very motivated and follows my recommendations for proper proper diet and weight lifting. She began journaling her food and bringing me her diet journal every session to look over and make suggestions. She started to notice changes in how her clothes fit before she actually saw a significant change on the scale. Her body became tighter and more toned. Her friends and family began to notice as well. She has lost over 10lbs, which made a significant difference in her physique because she lost fat and gained muscle. Since the weight loss happened at a moderate and steady pace she has been able to easily maintain her new weight.
She wanted to take her physique to the next level, and is preparing for her first figure show. Her diet continues to be precise as she juggles a busy family life and works part time. Connie always gives a 100% in her training sessions and has a great attitude. She is willing to try anything I recommend to her. She is also disciplined on her own and gets her workouts routines that I recommend even on the days we don’t meet. I look forward to watching her body transform as she gets closer to the figure show! Connie is a true success story of how proper diet and exercise can change the way you look and feel!
